The bacon is spread and are made from selected pork bacon, raised in Friuli Venezia Giulia.

The bacon is salted and massaged by hand, delicately spiced and slightly smoked with cherry and laurel logs, finally naturally aged for about 3/4 months.

the sizes ranging from about 5 kg to 7 kg

How we sell it

whole, or on order, cut into slices individually placed under vacuum-packaging, but always to be purchased whole.
