Prosciutto crudo dolce

Available from October to the end of August

The hams are produced from fresh thighs from selected pigs, raised in Friuli Venezia Giulia.

The thighs are salted and massaged by hand, followed by pressing, natural aging ranging from 16 to 24 months and the various larding procedures during aging.

the sizes ranging from about 9 kg to 12 kg

whole with the bone, or on order, boned and cut into slices vacuum-packed but always to be purchased whole.
