Speck bacon is produced from fresh boneless thighs, from selected pigs, raised in Friuli Venezia Giulia.

They are salted and massaged by hand, gently spiced and slightly smoked with cherry and laurel logs, finally naturally aged for minimum 6 months.

whole, on order sectioned into slices individually placed under vacuum-packaging, but always to be purchased whole.
