Lardo leggermente affumicato

Available from December to the end of May

The lard is spread and produced from the lard of over the loin and the shoulder from selected pigs, raised in Friuli Venezia Giulia.

They are salted by hand, gently spiced and slightly smoked with cherry and laurel logs, finally naturally aged for about 3 months.

the sizes ranging from about 2 kg to 4 kg

How we sell it

whole, on order sectioned into slices individually placed under vacuum-packaging, but always to be purchased whole.
