Our products are always sold whole, on order (to be made by phone or email two or three days before pick-up) we cut them into slices that are individually vacuum-packed, but must always be purchased in full.

the prosciutto (dry-cured ham) on order is boned and cut into minimum 2, maximum 3 slices

the speck bacon on order is cut into minimum 2, maximum 4 slices

the guanciale (pork cheek) is cut into a maximum of 2 slices

the bacon on order is cut in minimum 2, maximum 4 slices

the loaf on order is cut into minimum 2, maximum 4 slices

The availability of our products varies according to the months, pre-ordering is always recommended, each year in September the reservation lists of all products are opened, of which you will be notified of the availability period at the time of the pre-order.
